3. Violence and crime
Coordinate Plot is built for students and land professionals, academic researchers and other academic bodies that want to use this app for learning, work, researches and other academic and professional purposes of which violence and crime is absolutely not part of. We want to state it clearly that we dissociate ourselves absolutely from violence and crime.
4. Subscription/billing
Subscription is a frequent billing plans targeted to a particular period. Prior to this, we reserve the right to terminate any plan if we detect fraudulent activities or any activity that will cause harm to our community and our services. Currently we have automatic subscription renewal and life time purchase.
5. Ads placement
We place ad in the app for earning purposes. You agree that our Ads is limited to only advertisement for earning purposes. To use app without Ads pop up, you can subscribe or purchase life time package.
6. Restrictions.
You are expressly and absolutely restricted from all of the following:
- selling, sub licensing and/or otherwise commercializing any app material without prior notification by the developer; Ogbuji Stanley.
- using this app in any way that restrict user access to this app;
- using this app contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in a way that causes, or may cause, harm to the app, or to any person or business entity;
- engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this app, or while using this app;
- Using this app for any violent or criminal activities .

Our services works with the following third parties companies.
Google Admob: Which is employed for Ads placement.
Google billing services: Which is employed for subscription and payment.
Google drive services: For data back up and restoration.
Firebase: for authenticating app account, sharing contents and data back up and restoration
8. Limitation of liability.
On no account shall Coordinate Plot services or our officers be liable to you for anything arising out or in anyway connected with your use of this app if you breached our terms and conditions.
9. Changes of Terms.
Coordinate Plot is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it deems fit, and by using our website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this app.
